If you still want to look into headers visit bendtech.com check out their Bend tech hd program, Its a header design program and it works pretty well. It helps take the math and head scratching out of getting everything to fit properly while maintaining proper tube lengths. plus once its designed it gives step by step instructions on how to make it using pre bent exhaust pieces.

I have herd about bend tech. Never used it I'll check that out thank you.

I looked at taark's cas removal or relocation looked at the install
I like how clean and simple it is. Not sure on what aem ems I plan on running
still new to the whole stand alone so any recommendations would
be great. Maybe I could get a link to someone's build of a ve/de build
so I can check it out and do a little reading and see what hurdles they
had to over come

Rebello is pretty expensive, but I don't see good headwork, flow benching, valve job, guides, seals etc. being done for $750. That's just above what you'd pay for everything BUT the headwork at a decent machine shop.

The headwork is pretty involved, so just that part will probably be in the $750-1000 range, but all the other stuff adds up to it. At least that's how it's been at all the machine shops I've been to - they break everything out by price, but you're never going to get to that level of work without doing a whole bunch of other work in the head.

The VE head will still outpower it though.

I think there's some basic info on Zilvia.net. I think Mazworx has some instructions for their full VE "plug and play" swap kit. Just keep in mind that they went for expensive solutions for mostly minor issues like a fully billet intake manifold.

It's honestly a pretty easy swap, so there isn't a whole bunch of step by step writeups for it.

For the EMS, the very minimum you'd need for a very barebones setup is an EMS-4. But given that at wholesale it's only about $400ish cheaper than an Infinity 6, I'd recommend an Infinity 6 at this point. You can go with a plug and play series 2 if you mod some stuff for the hall effect sensor I think, but I'd say it's a little outdated at this point from a features perspective, and costs near as much as an Infinity 6 with flying lead harness.
