After its done it's going to look like the nut should be in more but you actually get more thread engagement with this than you do with the thin nut you have on your photo

Also with the supplied spacer that you trimmed and the mk1 nut I got the most articulation since that spacer isn't thick

Anybody with the Fortune Auto radial bearing perch tried the 8inch spring? Based on my initial assembly pic it loops like I'll need a little more than 1inch (these are 7inch)

I saw qa1 has a 9 inch spring. Is there a downside to having a longER travel spring?

No downside to a longer spring other than a little more weight.

You don't have to run the spring with preload. A little droop is fine/good where you're not banging the piston into the limit of its travel over and over.

I'm sure I know the answer to both these questions, but:
1: Do you still have any of these to offer
2: Would they accept the bilstein insert that i currently run (3kgt)

Looking for lower perch height adjustability without sacrificing stroke of the shock. Actually bought a set of v1 gktech front knuckles and wouldn't mind raising the car a bit.(blasphemy I know) This looks like a good option.

They are designed to use the Koni 861x insert. I suppose you could make them work with the Bilsten 3kGT struts with some work.

I do still have some for sale.

I might actually have something on the shelf that will work a bit better for you. Will send a PM when I get time.

I moved to the Seattle area recently, so I can't fill any sleeve orders now. But, I do plan to kick things back up sometime early next year and get some sleeves moving.
