Dad brought the car down to Houston Z Auto and let their guys work on it.

I'm SOOO glad he did. Wasn't cheap, but skilled people who can actually fix your ish never are....

Quaife are known to be pretty fragile. 260hp would be a stretch on them, IMO. Designed around lighter European cars that have small engines, low torque, moderate HP.
