  • deviant v3 Custom Koni 86** Series Housings

Currently I'm making housings for the following...S13/S14

    Front Setup: S13/S14

(Fully assembled with deluboz front plate and GC setup)

Custom Housings $375 (includes housing, gland nut, powdercoating)
    Fits the following dampers:
    Koni 8611-1257
    Koni 8610-1436

    Rear Setup:

    *S13
Housing are only only available for Z32 fork mount
    $375/pair

    Full Droop

    Wheel to tire/rim clearance

    *S14
Housings are currently only available for Z32 fork mount
    $375/pair

On the rear of any of the setups you also have the option of running a Koni Yellow shock rather than the 8611/8610 setup. It works well, and helps keeps the cost down if you are on a budget.

Complete S14 setup (8611-1257 insert) with Z32 rear mounts

Oh... I guess Z32 rear spindles are now a must before you step up to the 861x inserts in the back huh?

    Makes sense

They always have been. I just kept forgetting to put it in the post. You can't access the compression adjuster otherwise.

Oh... what if they were only 8610 inserts? No need for 2 separate adjusters, thus S-chassis rear mounts would work then, no?

Just seems like a waste to spend that much money, and not drop 8 lbs for $50 aluminum uprights.

A postal scale accurate to 0.1 oz said the pair of Z32 uprights is over 11 lbs lighter than the steel uprights. That's a huge unsprung weight reduction. I'm with Richard - it's a lot of effort to support an extra fitment that doesn't make much sense if you're going to this effort with your suspension(actually getting some decent dampers on the car).

If I can't get the all-around results this year with Stance or KW's, I'll be investing in these next winter ~ love your work Veilside180!

Everyone currently waiting. I have my garage all packed to move to a new shop space. I'll knock them out as soon as I get into it the last week of the month.

                  Sorry about the delay.

Any chance of you possibly making them with slightly larger tubes to fit the bilstein 45.8mm od 3kgt inserts ?
