  • Eye-5s 240 at Gingerman Raceway WMHM12

My 240 at Gingerman Raceway in MI. I love this course, most of the time is spent in the turns. Was at WMHM12. One of my favorite two day track day/meets/camping with a bunch of knuckleheads. Love that event.

It is pretty long but a lot of working my way through traffic keeps it interesting.

Nice, it was good seeing more s-chassis at the track. Also good meeting you, Iwas in the silver s-13.

Agreed, always good meeting another s-chassis owner that tracks their car. WMHM12 was a blast.

Nice driving. Thanks for posting. Do you have a link to your setup somewhere? How much boost were you running that day?

Edit: Found your build thread, nevermind

I could do a quick recap of setup.
            Tires - 255/17/40 Star specs
Engine - SR20DET, S15 Turbo, Z323 MAF, 550cc injectors, Greddy easy cams. HP guestimated at just over 300 HP to the wheels @ 15lbs. Was 296 on old setup without the cams. I run at 15psi on track.
            S15 Diff
Suspension - Buddy Club RSDs, spherical bearings (hardened rubber in LCAs).
Aero - Giant 2 element wing and homemade splitter.
Weight - around 2700lbs without me in it. Was 2600lbs before the aero, and cf trunk (now stock trunk).
            Brakes
Front - Q45 calipers and rotors w/Carbotech XP12s (track only).
Rear - stock S14 calipers spaced out with z32 brackets to fit 2003 altima rotors. Pads are Stop Tech (axxiss ultimate compound). Gutted stock proportioning valve for more rear brake.

              Thanks for the info man.

I'm actually run a VERY similar setup engine wise. SR w S15 turbo, STi injectors (525cc) and hks cams running, you guessed it, 15psi. I'm curious what dyno you made 296hp on? I made 260 on a mustang but it was also 100 degrees outside. From what I read mustangs read low that's why I'm curious.
