The china bay arms I got on amazon don't seem to jive with my Tein tension rods - something will have to be modded extensively to mate the two.

But my biggest issue is the GKTECH roll center correction kit I'm using - it has steel inserts for the oem taper on the lca ballpoint.

Is there an ots shank with oem taper? (Long shot I know)
I don't think you need the GKTECH kit any longer if you're doing this lower control arm mod. It allows you to use spacers on the ball join with the bolt instead.

    • ^ but what about the tie rod end?

Doesn't it need to be spaced up by the same amount so as to correct bump steer?
And that balljoint seems to be tapered as well.
At this time, my preference is to use the GKTECH kit because of the steering angle correction as well.

I think I can have a machinist friend help me out with some custom shanks, however, and maybe mod the Tein tension rods to accept bolts rather than the pressed in ones that are there now.

You would need SPL tie rod ends or something similar to be able to space them the same amount as the ball joint.

If you're going to stick with the gktech bracket you c can't do this mod to the lca.
