Unfortunately, this will probably be my last event for awhile. We are moving into super-savings mode until we can build up 6 months worth of expenses in case we lose our joerbs.

yowza...you guys really plan, i applaud you for thinking ahead, im just livin it up while i can, moving soon, things will have to slow down for me next year, tho not come to a halt.

Car looks good bud, always has, at least you got to enjoy it at a fun fun track before temporary retirement, few potential auto-x next year (super cheap in comparison)?

yowza...you guys really plan, i applaud you for thinking ahead, im just livin it up while i can, moving soon, things will have to slow down for me next year, tho not come to a halt.We both work for Bank of America, and while it is positioned to come out on (on close to) top of the current economic difficulties, it nonetheless gives us pause when it comes to budgetary planning. Once we've established the cushion, things will return to semi-normal.

Yeah, I had fun and will just have to be patient. It's possible I can get an event in next year, but we'll see. It would help if I manage to sell some brake parts. :)

And yes, I will continue to autocross. I attended 4-5 events this year, but prefer to stick to the open format / non-competitive ones because you get A LOT more runs in. I will probably attend more events next year, but it depends on the schedule. I always seem to have things going on.
