I purchased a couple of sets of coilover sleeves a few weeks back, but neither fit over Richard's front Bilstein housings due to the inner lip used to keep the sleeve from sliding all the way down the shock. I used one pair on my rear Bilsteins already, but before I just take a holesaw to them I thought I'd see if anyone with Bilsteins (or another 2" OD shaft) wanted to grab them instead.

My understanding is that the GC sleeves don't have this inner lip since they're designed to be used with modified/custom housings. Ideally someone would be interested in trading new parts ;)

I'd be willing to let both sleeves go for $65 shipped via USPS priority. They're the same ones that Summit sells for $70 each: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/BSN-B4BOA0000117/, and include the 7" length x 2" ID sleeve, allen screw-locking seat, and snap ring-secured top hat.

Note: snap rings aren't pictured in their stock photo but they are included.

I have GC sleeves on my rear Bilsteins (evo VIII Bilsteins) and there's a lip on the inner side to rest against the large clip thing there to act as a perch on the Bilstein shock body.... so IDK if that will alleviate your issue. You can call them up and ask. I always spoke to Trevor and the dude was never not helpful.

Yep, that's totally correct. Folks on this forum can use these with Bilstein 3000GT rears, Z32 rears, Evo rears, or any 2" OD strut housing with an outer lip where the inner lip of the sleeve can rest.

I found a pair of sleeves that are going to work with my fronts, so I'm motivated to sell. I don't have enough posts to make a for sale thread so I'll just leave this here for now. I suppose that's what searching/lurking gets me ;)
