Any ideas where to get one piece front end? Maybe like the green EM sprite or some of the road race S13s appear to have.Have found some drag race ones for other cars but never a S13

You used to be able to get them from the Nissan Motorsports catalogue, IIRC....
Might have to make your own at this point, though.

Search the SCCA GT forums for fiberglass. There is stuff out there for Zs, and lots of fiberglass fenders and hoods and such, but I haven't seen anything specifically for S13. I know they're out there though..

See if you can contact any of those guys.

Jim, Doug Barnhold use to make all the Motorsports fiberglass. He did the original S13 one piece noses - but not sure if he still has the molds or not. Doug raced with me in Nasport West.
I'll contact Collin Jackson to see if he has Doug's number.

I called an engineer friend at Nissan who works upstairs from Nissan Motorsports. He put me in contact with a main Nissan Motorsports guy,no more front ends there. The Motorsports guy gave me Doug Barnhard's # in Ca.Doug has sold his GT3
Molds but still has some GTU molds. Both said these front ends would not help me much, they are built for tube frame cars and by the time it was adapted to an autox car the weight would be more. These bodies were also much wider than stock s13.

When I did my rear fenders, another friend wanted to try doing his hood/fenders/bumper the same way. Not sure if they ever finished it, but I did see some pics of the work in progress. It was just molded off the existing body panels with some extra foam filler in spots.

When I did my doors on the last car just used the old doors as a mold and laid the mat on top then resin, they came out kinda rough so we used body filler and sanded.Came out ok but weighed 4 lbs each.Jason Collette laid carbon fiber and vac bagged his s2000 and his doors weighed 2 lbs each.I may try to just make my own stuff. The significant savings is in the hood. There wasn't much saved in fenders and bumper on the last car.
