Not everyone has paid yet, but all spots are filled and large waiting lists are starting in most classes. I'm sure there will be some openings that pop up, come on these are cheap honda guys.
What kind of club lets people reserve a spot at an event without payment? You get tons of people who'd "like to make it to the track" clogging up spots, but will never make it out.

Lots of organizers will let you stick your name on the list and wait for payment by check. If payment isn't received within xxx days before the event, then your spot goes away.

No, all available spots were paid.
People can sign up, but you don't have a reserved spot until you're all paid up.
Obviously you can drop-out, or sell your spot, but as of now, all spots are filled with paying registrants.

I think it had to do with ITR expo. It was in IL the last couple of years then was supposed to be in CA at buttonwood. The same guys organize these two events so they recommended east coast & Midwest guys to hit up WMHM. Sold out in crazy amount of time. It looks like I will not be instructing or attending this year because I am a slacker and didn't sign up in the first two weeks when there was still snow on the ground here.
