Are these new? I haven't seen them listed before, but they're ridiculously cheap. Likely not rate tested or matched (but who knows), but for a street car or someone chasing a setup, they look like a viable alternative.
I'm about to order a few pairs ($35 per PAIR) just to test on the ST car.

I've only ever seen drag guys run them, which is typically less sensitive to spring rates differences.
Those are totally going on my Lemons 944 whenever we do springs.

I'd have to disagree about the drag racing not caring about spring rates, when your front wheels have no weight on them your rear suspension becomes incredibly critical and having a variance in spring rate side to side will cause the car to walk off the track,
I haven't used the summit springs (YET) but I will be trying them out and I can test them for rate consistency also (because I am a pimp)

Don't get me wrong, it always matters. The only "drag" racers, I know of using them are lower level Friday Night Drags types.
I've never seen a set on a professional car.

Half of the cars I've seen that fit that description can't stay running at WOT for 10-13 seconds without something breaking, so a little rate inconsistency in their springs is probably the least of their worries. :D
Why not just run the QA1 springs? There only like $39 a pair and rate guaranteed.

Who do you think builds the Summit springs?
(Or do you actually think Summit has their own factory for this stuff?)
Just an assumption on my part, but it seems everything "summit" is made by one of their lower/mid grade suppliers and just stamps Summit on the side.
I thought QA1 springs were more like $30-40 ea?

Oops, you're right, that price is individually, not per pair....
:(
Never mind....
