I will need to get my wheels and tires setup down the line too hopefully this year.. but... most likely 99% no ls v8 setup this year :( ill live with the slow straightline performance...

Word - definitely not flush!!! hahah
My rustoleum crapbox would take that thing... but that might have to do with making over double his power... haha

They are Kosei K1's up front, but can't figure out the rears.

They could be Enkei RPF1s, but there should be a little lip on them, even on the higher offset wheels, which those look like they could be.
About the flush thing.
If you can push your wheels as far out as possible, I don't see how that's a bad thing?
As long as the tire and wheel never touch the fender under compression, what's bad about it? :)
As a matter of fact, for the track set up, I plan on running 235/40/17 on 17x9 +15 TE37s front, and 245/40/18 on 18x9.5 +12 TE37s, with Bridgestone RE01-R.
Not really a stretch, as both sizes are at the upper limits of the recommended wheel width for those section widths, and the wheels will fit under the stock fenders no problem, albeit needing to pull the rears a little bit, but that's not a problem.

The rears are Team Dynamics Pro Race 1's, after looking again.

About the flush thing.
etc
I don't think anyone will disagree with you lol, just making a joke.
Everyone here seems to be running pretty big wheel/tire combos, and not with honda offsets either.
