Just some random confirmation info in case it hasn't been posted anywhere:

I've been running Moroso studs up front for a while (PN: 46160 - GM 7/16" thread, .560" knurl) while running ARP studs in back (12x1.5mm thread). I've always been tempted to try the Evo III studs (ARP-100-7717) that ARP has to get the same threading all around (no more mixing up lug nuts) and finally got around to installing them on a new set of front hubs. I'd been worried about them being larger (0.565" knurl), but it turns out they press in pretty well.

All I need now are some rear studs with a quick start nose. Nothing like going full impact wrench from start to torqued when swapping to rains while sitting in grid.

I was going to take a phone pic but my hands were dirty and you've all seen wheel studs before.

I've been using the ARPs for the IS300 on my S14 for a while now without any problems.

Glad to hear that there's more than one option for the S14 front studs though.

Good to know about the IS300 studs. I was under the impression that the stock knurl was 14.3mm (0.563") so I didn't want to go even smaller than the already slightly small Moroso studs.

I had actually used the Moroso studs on my S14 from your post on FA a long time ago and I had to grind off some material on the knurls to get it to fit. But all that is irrelevant now with the EVO III finding.

If the IS300 studs ever let go I will definitely switch to these. Thanks for posting the info before as well as this time.

I've got the ARP Evo studs w/noses on the front and some ARP WRX studs in the back without. They're both M12x1.5. I've thought about grinding the back ones down but I never get around to it.....,
