^It does appear to be the same but I'm trying to pick one up for about $40 shipped.

I've got to ask, why the distinction? They look almost identical, with the J30 finned cover having two flats above the fins(where the fittings go for the Euro diff cooler on S14 koukis).
But for clarification that's an NA Z32 diff cover.

Actually it's an R33 rear diff cover and it's the same as the N/A Z32 and Q45.

^looks like we have a deal as long as the fins are in tact.
Edit: One of the fins was chipped so I'm still looking for one of these.
