Lets get a list going on the different plate bearing sizes. I'm going to try and keep in stock the bronze bushings to make the different plates fit.
Tein 18mm ID Front/Rear
Deluboz 5/8" ID Front or 18mm (undecided)
KTS/Project Mu
D2 16mm ID Front/ 12mm Rear
Ksport (same as D2)
Cusco
Ground Control 5/8" Front

D2 camber plates are 16mm. I've said that before :P
The rears are 12mm IIRC.

:P updated
Deluboz camber plates have an ID of 18mm, definitely not 5/8".
The OD of the bearing looks like 32mm, but it's pressed in there, so it's hard to get a hard measurement.

Hmm.... I thought they were 5/8 since my bushings didn't fit in them, but somehow I think I mixed up my 18 and 16mm bushings.....

The spacers that came with my Tein rears fit exactly the same in the Deluboz fronts, so I'm gonna go ahead and say they're both 18mm.

I have some, but they're at home and I'm at school, and driving with snow on the roads is something I try to avoid.

Interesting discovery tonight, the D2 camber plates fit perfectly with the included Koni 5/8" plate bushing.
Well 16mm *IS* 0.629" - so I should hope it'd fit. haha
I'm really not pleased with the bearings on my K-Sports(same as D2). I know you're not supposed to, but I use some light machine oil on mine to unfreeze them. Sure they'll get gritty at some point, but it was better than a non-rotating bearing!

Brian's were actually in better shape that the ones that I had removed from my car a long time ago. Although his car does spend a good deal of time sitting.=p lol

I found the measurements for the Cusco/Project mu camber plates. This is the average of 3 measurements with a regular caliper.
ID: 0.788 inch
OD for the pillow nut: 0.750 inch

I'm not sure if anyone has seen these or not. Any thoughts? I'd imagine it is basically the same thing that is found in D2s, K-Sport, Megan, etc mass assembled coilovers.

They're extremely affordable and brand new, I emailed the guy and asked him what size strut they're intended for/what the inner diameter is. I'll post up when I find out.
They also happen to be blue, which happens to match the powder coating on the strut inserts.

18mm means they bolt right up correct?
Any idea what HKS rears are? I found a set of those brand new on Up Garage for a decent price. That or if JIC plates can be used, there is a full set of those on Up Garage for like 20 bucks, haha.

The nut that comes with them threads right on a M14 Koni shaft, and it keeps it centered in the bearing. Richard(veilside180sx) can provide spacers to provide more support for the shaft, but I'm not sure they need it. The bearing is replaceable in them too.
All in all - a good way to get fresh camber plates on the cheap after you work the spherical bearing back and forth a bit to loosen it.

Can you take a picture? I'm not sure what type of a bushing you used that doesn't allow you to adjust the damper.

Is it possible to run the stock strut mount in the rear? I'm trying to keeps costs down at the moment, I would definitely upgrade once I got my JICs sold. If JIC rears will work then I could get a set super cheap, I just don't know the size, I guess I'll be contacting JIC as well, haha.

Does anyone know where I can get "deez nuts" by themselves?
http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/SoSideways/deeznuts.jpg
I know they're not really just nuts, but they're like a threaded sleeve, with the top being in the shape of the hexagonal nut for sockets/wrenches to get on.
I need a pair of those. Last time I called Tein for some, since I think they listed those on their site as items that they carried, and the guy was like "what?"
Can someone point me in the right direction please?
Contact that dzeublo(or whatever it is) guy who peddles those Chinese parts on ebay. If you work him over well enough, I'm sure he'll shoot some nut at ya.

May be I can help you. Those little guys are called "pillow nut" and listed as so in the Cusco catalog. They even have the part number for it, the only problem is to get someone that is nice enough to order it for you. If your bearing ID is anything like the Tein, then you can't use the Cusco "pillow nuts" since they are about 20mm OD (ill check later).
As for the Tein "pillow nuts", those bastards refuse to sell individual components like the "pillow nuts" and "pillow spacers", so you are out of luck. I've tried ordering from them before. Unless Richard could machine a gang load of "pillow nuts" to fit the various application. Hope that didn't ruin your day.

Or just get some flanged sleeves that have the ride I.D. and O.D. from McMaster-carr and use a standard nut on the top.
Just put in "sleeved bearings" in the search function, select the flanged sleeve bearing from the list of options, and pick out the I.D., O.D., and length that will work for you... not that hard.
http://www.mcmaster.com
edit - found my pictures.
With my setup, the fronts were easy to find, but the rears required buying two different sleeves to get what I needed...

and this is before I put the top nut on my fronts...

OOOOOOH!!! You are THE MAN!!!
When I get around to order mine, mine will be on the HKS camber plates (bought a set of blown Hipermax II for like $400 back in the day, the 2 rear coilovers are starting to leak, but worked for the most part, while the front right is fine but starting to leak, and the left one is broke where the "stud" that the camber plate bolts to is broke off, so I would need a new shock housing for it. They quoted me $800 for a shock housing, and then I would have needed that sleeved nut that we're talking about, and a spring. They quoted me $1200 for the front pair of coilovers, I said screw that. So now I have a set of camber plates lol)
Oh, do you guys know the 3 studs that are pressed into the camber plates are really just wheel studs? Because 1 of those is gone, so I found a bolt that will work to keep it bolted to the strut tower, but I'd like to fix it in a more permanent manner, ie. if they are indeed wheel studs, I'll pick one up and press that in.

It depends on the OD of the one installed in the plate.

So I'll need to press the old ones out before ordering. Ground control wanted $50 for both bearings. I might do that considering they'd press them for me too. I'd have to deal with shipping though.

yes...I thought they'd last more then a year but I guessed wrong. I had everything apart and the bearing wouldn't move without my full body weight pushing down on it.

That's odd. I have a couple pairs of GC plates that are over 6 years old and work perfectly.

Agreed, I had a set for 3-4 years, drove them daily, tracked and autocrossed them and never had an issue.

Makes me wonder if they changed suppliers of the bearings or something, since you didn't have a whole lot of miles on that setup iirc.
