I tightened the gland nut down as hard as I could while holding the housing between my legs but should I use a vise, how tight should it be? Should that white piece be there? The parts in the background are not being used.

Should I use that lock washer on top?

What are these black rings for?

Everything's not torqued yet but this is what I assume it should look like before install. What's a good starting point for the height adjustment?

The white piece does belong there, as it helps to protect the seal.

Is that a 6" spring, if so...height should be pretty close to correct.

Can you snap a picture of it right above the LCA/ball joint, I'm curious how close it is.

It looks like GC changed their perch design some... something that I wouldn't have on my setup for additional tire clearance :)

Does your perch stick out further or less?

Mine doesn't stick out any further, it's the same all the way around as your section where you tighten it at... if you understand what I'm saying. My clearance issues right now are with the bottom of the adustable perch and tire, yours would probably fix the problem for me.

Why did you want to see the picture? Any other thoughts on the housings?

It's close, but not as close as I thought it would be. I wasn't sure how close that was going to be to hitting the LCA.

Not with 2-3ft of snow on the ground... I'll need to run a 3mm spacer for sure.
